Can you modify one of your designs so it will co-ordinate with my ensemble?
The majority of designs we will be able to re-design. Every effort would be made to achieve your remit.  Simply advise us of your requirements and we will advise if this is possible. Alterations, depending on work involved, may incur a fee, but which we would try and keep to a minimum.
Please note, as items are handcrafted, each item may vary slightly from those shown.

Can I have similar necklaces/tiaras for my bridesmaids but perhaps the design more simplified?
Absolutely the majority of designs we will be able to re-design. We may be also to use a different colour accent beads (ie lavender) for the bridemaids only, dependant upon your design choice.

Can I have a larger/smaller necklace?
If the designs permits (the majority will), we can modify to your requirements. A small fee may be incurred if more components or handcrafting is required.

How long will my order take?
From receipt of funds, it will take between 7 -14 day. All items are handcrafted with great care on the premises and we aim to fulfil all orders in a timely manner. Should you require any items urgently please
e-mail beforehand and we will endeavour to help where possible.

Are my goods inclusive of VAT?

We are a small business and therefore are not VAT registered.

What are your delivery costs?
Irrespective of items ordered, we offer a standard price of £3.95 per order for a Royal Mail signed delivery within the UK. If your total order (excluding P&P) exceed £85.00 you will receive free delivery!

How can I pay?
a) "Google checkout"  - This allows you to pay by debit or credit card on their secure site.
b) "Paypal" - the general checkout button will link you to this payment facility.
c) By cheque - simply print off  and complete order form (see the contact page) and forward to the address shown.

Can I order from outside the UK?
Please provide your details by e-mail and we will inform you if this is possible.

What happens if I receive a necklace and I am unhappy with it?
Hopefully you will be more than satisfied with your purchase, however, please refer to out 'terms & conditions' which outlines this subject.
