Online payments: All online payments are processed by Paypal. Simply add all your goods to your 'shopping basket'. You can add, remove or delete from basket as required. When you are happy with your order, and wish to complete the order, simply press 'checkout' .
Orders are processed by 'Roman Cart' whom use SSL technology and encrypt your personal information & card details. You do not need to be an account holder of Paypal to complete the order.
Orders cannot be amended or changed once you have paid for the item.
Cheque Payments: Customers wishing to pay by cheque are welcome to do so. Please complete order form and post , together with your cheque payment, made payable to "Enchanted Bluebell Woods", and forward to Enchanted Bluebell Woods, 352 Liverpool Rd., Newcastle-U-Lyme, Staffs., ST5 9DY.
Nb: Goods will only be dispatched following full payment online or upon en-cashment of cheque.

£2.95 standard price per order for Royal Mail signed delivery within the UK.
If your total order (excluding P&P) exceeds £85.00 you will receive free delivery!
If order exceeds £30.00 this will be insured by us, at no extra cost to you.
Delivery time
From receipt of funds, for stocked items, we endeavour to deliver within 7 -14 days. All items are handcrafted with great care on the premises and we aim to fulfil all orders in a timely manner. Should you require any items urgently please e-mail beforehand and we will endeavour to help where possible. Any urgent orders may incur an additional charge.
Should you be ordering a bespoke design or a bulk order, we will confirm the expected time frame involved.
If you ordered via the website, you will be e-mailed when the goods are dispatched from the premises.

Refund policy - goods not required
In the event that an item is unsuitable it may be returned to us within 14 days from your receipt date for a full refund (excluding delivery costs). The item must be received by us, as new, and in it's original packaging.
If a return is due to impairment/breakages please see below for further details. We regret custom made items ** cannot be refunded unless faulty (see below). ** 'custom/bespoke' designs are those where we have slightly changed either in form or colour to the standard product available on the website.
We regret for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings.

Items that are damaged through missuse/neglect /accidental damage and general wear & tear cannot be refunded. However, if you would like to contact us we may be able to offer a chargeable repair service for you, depending on damage sustained.

Images can be very misleading, depending upon if it is closely cropped, and can distort shades and scale of product.
All of our products are not toys and not intended for use in child's play and dressing up. Many of our components are small and therefore potential choking hazards to young children. Our products are totally unsuitable for children under 3 for health & safefy reasons and we recommend all older children are supervised when wearing our products to enure their safety. We will not be held responsible for any injuries caused.
