Payment & card security
We accept payments by either credit/debit card or cheque payment.
All online payments are processed by choice of either Paypal or Google checkout. These payments are secured by SSL technology which encrypts your personal information & card details.
Customers wishing to pay by cheque are welcome to do so. Order forms will be sent to you either by post/e-mail.

Nb: Goods will only be dispatched following full payment online or upon en-cashment of cheque.

Prices
All prices shown are in sterling. As we are a small business, VAT is not applicable on purchases.

Privacy policy
The only private information we collect from yourselves is for order processing only.
We will not release your name, address, e-mail or any other information regarding our customers to third parties. Neither will we trade, sell or provide any of your details with other other business or individuals.

Delivery Costs
Orders less than £20.00 - standard price of £2.50. Orders of £20.00 or more - we offer a standard price of £3.95 per order for a Royal Mail signed delivery within the UK. If your total order (excluding P&P) exceeds £85.00 you will receive free delivery!


Delivery time
From receipt of funds, for stocked items, we endeavour to delivery within  7 -14 day. All items are handcrafted with great care on the premises and we aim to fulfil all orders in a timely manner. Should you require any items urgently please
e-mail beforehand and we will endeavour to help where possible.
Should you be ordering a bespoke design or a bulk order, we will provide you with an .e.t.a.






Terms & conditions
Refund policy - goods not required

In the event that an item is unsuitable it may be returned to us within 14 days from your receipt date for a full refund (delivery costs however will be retained by us). If a return is due to impairment/breakages please see below for further details. We regret custom made items cannot be refunded unless faulty (see below).


Refund policy - damaged goods/poor workmanship

In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged/substandard or breakage due to poor workmanship - a full refund (excluding delivery) or exchange of goods is offered within 30 days of receipt date.

Items that are damaged through missuse/accidental damage and general wear & tear cannot be refunded. However, if you would like to contact us we may be able to offer a repair, depending on the damage occured, for a small fee
